Attorney Jake Hooker

​

Jake has had a presence with the firm for many years. While attending Northampton High School, he served as an intern with us, working with his father, Michael Hooker, and our supportive staff. While studying at Greenfield Community College and then the University of Massachusetts (UMass) at Amherst, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science, Jake continued to assist us. Even while immersed in his intensive studies at the Northeastern University School of Law in 2022, Jake completed three internships—two with us and one with the Executive Office of Health and Human Services at the General Counsel’s Office. In the latter role, Jake served the MassHealth Estate Recovery Unit as well as the litigation department. He enjoys biking, hiking, skiing, yo-yo-ing, and all things outdoors. While at UMass, Jake was a white-water raft guide on the Deerfield River for Zoar Outdoor.
