• It was excellent. I learned so much about planning for the end of life for both myself and my parents. It's a complex subject though, and I felt like I could have asked a million more questions. I hope this will be offered again.

• The candidness of the speaker and the overview of what documents someone should have.

• The facilitator's knowledge and experience were incredible.

• Having three action items to take care of immediately, with others to follow. And getting answers to my two specific questions.
